Our restaurant has prepared a menu focusing on Shimane’s culinary specialties such as “Akaten”, “Agonoyaki”, ‘Shijimi soup” and freshly baked French toast in the live kitchen

For the live kitchen in the morning, we recommend our special fluffy French toast baked on an iron plate. Enjoy the perfect baked French toast with the crispy outside and super fluffy, soft inside serving with maple syrup or your favorite fruit sauce.
"Shijimi soup", the representative dish of Lake Shinji, "Akaten", a specialty of Hamada, Shimane Prefecture and “Agonoyaki” made from surimi of flying fish. Please fully enjoy the rich local cuisines that our San’in is proud of.
