Due to the revision of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we are not allowed to hand over any medicines regardless of whether they are free of charge or not.
In addition, we do not purchase medicines at pharmacies on your behalf.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our guests. If you are not feeling well, please prepare before staying at the hotel, or buy medicines at the hospital or pharmacy on your own.
We can only provide adhesive bandages, cold compress or cooling gel sheets.
