At Hotel Ichibata, we are taking the following measures to prevent COVID-19 so that you can stay with peace of mind at our hotel

1.All the guests will be asked to undertake a temperature check and to disinfect your hands upon arrival

Please use a thermometer to measure the temperature and disinfect your fingers with hand sanitizer before entering the premises.

2.Confirmation of the health condition of the guests

Upon check-in, all guests will be asked to undertake a temperature check and fill our health questionnaire to confirm their physical health status. In the event that your temperature measures 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or if you feel unwell, we will take immediate action in cooperation with the public health center.

3.Installation of acrylic panels to the front counter

We have installed the acrylic panels to the front counter to prevent respiratory infections through droplets

4.Installation of hand sanitizer stations

All guests will be asked to use hand sanitizer provided at the hotel entrance, front desk, restaurant entrance, etc.

5.Implementation of alcohol disinfection in public spaces, restaurants and banquet halls.

In addition to public places such as stair handrail, elevator buttons, places and equipment that guests often touch such as desks and tables and menu books in restaurants and banquet rooms are being disinfected with alcohol.

6.Special cleaning in guest rooms

Doorknobs, lighting switches, keys, TV remote controls, refrigerators (handles), toilet flush levers, etc. in the guest rooms often touched by guests are being specially disinfected with alcohol-based disinfectant in a different way with regular cleaning.

7.Limitation on the number of people entering the large communal bath

In order to avoid crowding between guests, we will limit the number of visitors during congestion hour.

8. Employee wearing masks

In consideration of the health and safety of our guests, all of the hotel staff will wear masks while having face-to-face contact with guests.

9.Checking employee health

In order to respond to customers in a healthy physical status, in addition to thoroughly washing hands and disinfecting fingers, our hotel pay close attention to the the health management of staff such as temperature check before working

10.Employee infection prevention

We are putting effort into preventing infection among our staff by installing hand sanitizer stations in the staff room.

In addition, in order to prevent the spread of infection, we would like to ask our customers for their cooperation in the following matters.
