PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19
At Hotel Ichibata, we are taking the following measures to prevent COVID-19 so that you can stay with peace of mind at our hotel
Please use a thermometer to measure the temperature and disinfect your fingers with hand sanitizer before entering the premises.
Upon check-in, all guests will be asked to undertake a temperature check and fill our health questionnaire to confirm their physical health status. In the event that your temperature measures 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or if you feel unwell, we will take immediate action in cooperation with the public health center.
We have installed the acrylic panels to the front counter to prevent respiratory infections through droplets
All guests will be asked to use hand sanitizer provided at the hotel entrance, front desk, restaurant entrance, etc.
In addition to public places such as stair handrail, elevator buttons, places and equipment that guests often touch such as desks and tables and menu books in restaurants and banquet rooms are being disinfected with alcohol.
Doorknobs, lighting switches, keys, TV remote controls, refrigerators (handles), toilet flush levers, etc. in the guest rooms often touched by guests are being specially disinfected with alcohol-based disinfectant in a different way with regular cleaning.
In order to avoid crowding between guests, we will limit the number of visitors during congestion hour.
In consideration of the health and safety of our guests, all of the hotel staff will wear masks while having face-to-face contact with guests.

We are putting effort into preventing infection among our staff by installing hand sanitizer stations in the staff room.
