We are trying to maintain a distance between guests as far as possible (at least 1m). During check-in and check-out, the hotel staff will guide you how to complete the procedure and avoid crowds.
For group guests, the representative will check in all at once and the other guests will be asked to wait in the lobby or lounge.
In addition, we recommend that you avoid check-out in peak hours (9:30 to 10:00).
